PAC Integrations is UL® listed and NICET trained. Our staff is extremely competent in meeting the rigid requirements associated with UL® Certified systems design and installations.

Technical and Administrative Support Staff
Our field service technicians continue to be the best human assets of the Company. They consistently prove themselves as problem solvers, able to quickly assess the unique needs of our customers and provide appropriate responses. Our field technicians exhibit excellence in their technical skills and quality craftsmanship. We encourage and provide continuing education for our technicians in an effort to stay on the cutting edge of technology. This education has featured NICET fire alarm system training, fiber optics installation and structured cabling, and participation in the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program. We are a UL Listed, California State C10 Fire Alarm Contractor and a member of the IBEW Local 302, Electrical Workers Union.

PAC Integrations' highest priority has always been to satisfy our customer’s needs and their security. Our office staff does an excellent job of handling customer calls, billing issues, and keeping daily operations running efficiently and effectively. Our office staff is the vital link between the customer and our installation and service departments.

UL Certification
As a California licensed Low-voltage and Electrical contractor, PAC Integrations is able to provide a variety of security-related services such as data and phone wiring, complete fire systems installation and integration (UL® certified and NFPA compliant), digital camera systems, access control systems, gate and entry systems, intrusion detection systems, and a variety of other security-related devices and integrated systems. We are also able to offer our customers UL® approved central station monitoring services at aggressively competitive rates.

PAC Integrations has spent the greater portion of its time working in the commercial and industrial markets while maintaining a large residential customer base.

PAC Integrations has a strong vendor and partner relationship with a Pharmaceutical Industry leader. This company confidently relies on PAC Integrations to provide installation and service at the majority of their highest security distribution centers and research facilities nationwide, as well as their World Headquarters. At each of these locations, PAC Integrations has integrated perimeter and internal security systems, card and code access, video surveillance and 24-hour monitoring, meeting local and regional standards as well as Drug Enforcement Agency compliance.  PAC Integrations is very proud of our perfect track record in meeting the DEA’s rigorous standards and schedule at every installation.

Another industry in which we have significant market share is Self Storage. These facilities have increased their level of security and most feature fully integrated access, alarm, and surveillance systems for the storage units, as well as the onsite residence. Self Storage security solutions feature graphical user interfaces, computer control, and shared user databases.
